Celebrating our Celtic Heritage -  Hosted by the Herbert Wescoat Memorial Library and the Friends of the Library. Pick up bargains all over Vinton County at our Countywide Yard Sale. This event, organized by the Vinton County Chamber of Commerce, usually includes more than fifty yard sales. The sales are organized in a booklet available at the Visitors’ Center and at area businesses the week prior to the event.
