Vinton County Community Building

Need a place to hold a meeting, party or other function? The Vinton County Community Building holds offices but also has a space available to the public for rent. Located at 31935 State Route 93, just north of McArthur, this building is centrally located in the county and convenient for many functions.

The community building rental procedures are as follows:

A $50.00 deposit is required when you come in to the Vinton County Commissioner’s Office to Pick up the key.
Your deposit will be refunded back to you when the key is brought back to us and after inspection, the room was clean and no damage.
We then charge a fee of $30.00 per hour. You are only charged for the actual hours you use it for your event.
