The Vinton County Airport is a general aviation airport located five miles northeast of McArthur, Ohio. Major facilities at the airport include a 3,725-foot primary runway (Runway 09/27) and a turn-around taxiway. Other facilities and services include avgas and maintenance. The Vinton County Airport is included in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems.
The location is home to one on-airport business, Hocking Hills Scenic Air Tours. The most frequent general aviation operations at Vinton County include aircraft charters, skydiving, military operations, and recreational flying.
